Managed Services

Most Salesforce Partners Are Gone by Deployment. We, Get More Involved

Salesforce_Managed_Services_Header

HabileLabs provides ongoing Salesforce managed services for SMBs and growing businesses, a named certified Salesforce professional who knows your org, maintains it proactively, and is still there for everything from administration and bug fixes to release management, automation health, user support, and quarterly reviews.

For many businesses, the problem is not Salesforce. It is what happens after the implementation partner leaves. The org that was correctly built on go-live day starts drifting. Nobody owns it. Small issues compound into bigger ones. And the team that was supposed to use Salesforce starts finding workarounds instead.

That pattern ends here. We are the partner that does not disappear after go-live.

What Our Salesforce Managed Services Retainer Covers

Custom_AI_Agent_Development_Icon

A Named, Certified Salesforce Resource

Not a rotating support team. Not an offshore helpdesk. One named, certified Salesforce professional assigned to your account. They learn your org, your business processes, and your team. When you call, they already know the context. You do not brief a new person every time.

Ongoing Administration

User management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, data maintenance, and duplicate management. The tasks that should happen every month, and that get skipped when nobody owns them, done on schedule, without you having to ask.

Salesforce Release Management

Salesforce releases three major platform updates every year. We review each release for impact on your specific org, test in sandbox before deployment, and communicate what is changing to your team in plain English. No surprises on release day. No broken automations discovered by your sales team on a Monday morning.

Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements Within Retainer

Small fixes and incremental improvements included in the monthly retainer, no new statement of work required for every minor change. If a workflow breaks, we fix it. If a new user needs a custom layout, we build it. What is in and out of scope is defined clearly before the engagement starts.

Proactive Issue Detection

We monitor error logs, automation failure rates, integration health, API limit consumption, and storage usage. Issues get flagged before they become incidents. You find out from us, not from your sales team when a critical workflow stops firing on a deal that matters.

Quarterly Strategic Reviews

Every quarter we review what has been done, what is planned, and how Salesforce is performing against your business goals. The roadmap stays current. The platform does not drift while the business moves in a different direction.

Salesforce Did Not Underdeliver. The Support Model Did.

Project-based Salesforce implementations end at go-live. Once the partner moves on, businesses are left with a Salesforce org that worked initially but often fails to evolve as processes, teams, and requirements change.

Months one to three: Everything works. The team is trained. The org is clean.

Months four to six: Small issues appear. A workflow fires incorrectly after a process of change. A new user gets the wrong permission. Nobody fixes it because nobody owns it.

Months seven to twelve: The issues compound. Data quality degrades. Salesforce releases three updates a year, and nobody reviews them for impact. A release breaks an automation.

Months twelve to eighteen: The team has partially reverted to spreadsheets. Leadership questions the ROI on the Salesforce investment. The implementation was good. The maintenance was not done.

Certifications Are Easy to Put on a Proposal. Experience Is Not.

In this industry, it is easy to put certified experts in a proposal and deliver junior staff on the project. It happens more than clients realize, and by the time they notice, the damage is done.

HabileLabs has a different standard. We do not just verify certifications. We verify our experience. Every expert we assign to a managed services engagement has hands-on delivery history in that specific area. If they have not done it before, they are not leading your project.

Our Salesforce Journey So Far

21+Certified Salesforce Experts
10+Years of Delivery Experience
42+Successful Salesforce Projects
95%Client Retention Rate

A Full-Time Salesforce Resource Is Expensive. Our Retainer is Not.

For most SMBs and growing companies, a full-time Salesforce hire is not justifiable. The actual volume of Salesforce work, administration, release management, bug fixes, and enhancements, does not fill a full-time role. But when nobody does it, the org drifts and the investment erodes. A HabileLabs managed services retainer gives you certified Salesforce expertise at the level your business actually needs, scaled to your org's real complexity, not a one-size headcount cost.

This Is the Right Service If:

  • Your Salesforce implementation partner finished the project and moved on, and you have no ongoing support.
  • You do not have an in-house Salesforce admin but the platform needs regular maintenance to keep working properly.
  • You cannot justify a full-time Salesforce developer hire but the work is there and nobody is doing it.
  • Your Salesforce org has started drifting, data quality declining, automations misfiring, users reverting to manual processes.
  • You want one accountable partner for all ongoing Salesforce work, administration, enhancements, release management, and strategic guidance.

Not All Salesforce Managed Services Partners Are Equal. Here Is What Sets HabileLabs Apart.

Icon_Number_One

Salesforce Select Partner Status

HabileLabs has been vetted by Salesforce for expertise in implementation and ongoing delivery. That is Salesforce's own assessment of our capability, not a self-certification.
Icon_Number_Two

95% Client Retention

Our 95% retention rate is not a vanity metric. It means clients choose to renew. Our longest engagement is over six years, not because of lock-in, but because the work is right and the team managing their org knows it as well as anyone in their business. That is the only reason clients stay for six years.

Beyond Salesforce, One Partner for the Full Tech Stack

HabileLabs brings advanced capabilities in AI, automation, RPA, BI, and analytics beyond Salesforce. As your business grows, one partner handles the full stack. You do not need to find a new vendor every time your requirements expand.

Expert You Meet Is Who Manages Your Org

No shadow teams. No handoffs. The resource assigned to your account is dedicated to your account. When they are managing your Salesforce org, that is what they are doing, not splitting attention across ten other clients at other firms.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a HabileLabs Managed Services retainer include?
A named certified Salesforce resource, monthly administration, Salesforce release impact review and deployment, bug fixes and minor enhancements within agreed scope, proactive monitoring and alerting, and a quarterly strategic review. What is in and out of scope is defined clearly before the engagement starts, no unexpected invoices.
How do we get started if we have no documentation on our Salesforce org?
We start with an onboarding audit. We go inside the org, document the architecture, identify open issues, and establish baseline health metrics. This typically takes one to two weeks. From that point we have everything we need to manage the org going forward.
Can HabileLabs take over from a previous managed services provider?
Yes. We run a handover audit to understand what was being done and what was not, document what we find, resolve outstanding issues, and take over from there. The transition is managed to avoid any gap in support.
What if we need more work done in a month than the retainer covers?
We flag it before it happens. If a month requires significantly more than the retainer scope, we discuss options, carrying work forward, adjusting the retainer, or scoping a separate piece of work. You are never presented with a bill you did not expect.
Does HabileLabs handle Salesforce's three annual platform releases?
Yes. Release management is included. We review the release notes for impact on your org, test in sandbox before the release window, and communicate what is changing to your team. You do not need to track Salesforce's release calendar yourself.

Tell us what you are trying to build. We will tell you honestly if we can help.

No pitch deck. No discovery call that turns into a sales call. Just a direct conversation with the expert who would actually work on your project before you commit to anything.
